Course Purchase Refunds

Standard Refund Period

Students may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed
  • No certificates of completion have been issued
  • The request is submitted through our official refund request process

After 14 Days

Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Technical issues preventing access to course materials that could not be resolved by our support team
  • Significant discrepancies between advertised course content and actual delivered materials
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed or completed
  • Subscription renewals that have auto-renewed after the initial 14-day period
  • Special promotional or discounted courses marked as non-refundable at time of purchase
  • Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
  • Gift purchases that have been redeemed by recipients

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days of purchase if less than 20% of available content has been accessed. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future charges.

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, processing typically takes:

  • 3 to 5 business days for credit card refunds
  • 5 to 10 business days for debit card refunds
  • 7 to 14 business days for bank transfers

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the refunded course or subscription will be immediately revoked. Any certificates earned, progress data, or downloaded materials associated with the refunded purchase may no longer be accessible or valid.

Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account access until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing concerns.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues. Refunds for technical reasons will only be considered if our team cannot provide a solution within a reasonable timeframe.

Course Quality Concerns

We strive to maintain high-quality educational content. If you believe a course does not meet our quality standards or significantly differs from its description, please contact us with specific details. We will investigate all quality concerns and may offer refunds, course credits, or access to alternative courses at our discretion.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • The amount of course content accessed
  • Time elapsed since purchase
  • Specific circumstances of the refund request

Partial refund amounts are determined at our sole discretion.

Bundle and Package Purchases

Courses purchased as part of a bundle or package are subject to the same refund terms as individual courses. However, refunds for bundled items will be calculated based on the bundled price, not individual course values. Partial refunds of bundle components are not available.

Corporate and Group Purchases

Refund policies for corporate or group purchases may differ from individual purchases. Please refer to your corporate agreement or contact our business support team for specific refund terms applicable to your organization.

Promotional Credits and Vouchers

If a purchase was made using promotional credits, vouchers, or discount codes:
